Dentist Near Dubai Internet City Metro: A Practical Guide

Modern dental treatment room with a view of the Dubai skyline and metro line

If you work in Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City or the Tecom towers, finding time for the dentist is often harder than finding a dentist. Most people put off a check-up because the day is full and the clinic feels far away. This guide is for anyone who travels through Dubai Internet City Metro Station and wants dental care that fits around a working day. It covers where our Barsha Heights clinic is, how to plan a visit, what happens at the first appointment and how payment and insurance work.

At a glance

  • Clinic: Unit 903, 9th Floor, Al Shafar Tower 1, Barsha Heights (Tecom)
  • Metro: Dubai Internet City, Exit 1
  • Hours: daily, 10 AM to 9 PM, walk-ins welcome
  • Free consultation, in-house X-ray
  • Pay by cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. Insurance on reimbursement only
  • WhatsApp: +971 55 791 6602

Where the clinic is

Our Barsha Heights dental clinic is at Unit 903, 9th Floor, Al Shafar Tower 1, in Barsha Heights (Tecom). It is close to Exit 1 of Dubai Internet City Metro Station and next to Al Barsha, so it is easy to reach from the Red Line, from the offices around Internet City and Media City, and from homes in Al Barsha and the Tecom area.

If you live or work on the Deira side of the city, our second branch is inside Al Ghurair Centre (Entrance 3), at Office 835, 8th Floor, Al Ghurair Office Tower, near Al Rigga and Union Metro. See the Deira and Al Rigga clinic page for directions, or read what to expect at our clinic near Al Ghurair Centre. Both branches keep the same hours.

Fitting a dental visit into a working day

Both branches are open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM, including weekends. That gives you a few practical options:

  • Lunch break: a consultation or a short review can often fit into a lunch hour, depending on how busy the clinic is.
  • After work: evening slots up to 9 PM suit people who finish late or want to avoid taking leave.
  • Weekends: useful for longer appointments such as cleaning or the first stage of a treatment plan.

Walk-ins are welcome. Because waiting times change through the day, sending a quick WhatsApp message before you leave the office is a simple way to check and to book a time.

What happens at your first visit

The consultation

The first consultation is free. The dentist asks about any pain, sensitivity or concerns, checks your teeth and gums and explains what they see. Our dentists each have more than 10 years of experience.

X-ray when needed

If the dentist needs to look below the surface, for example for a possible cavity, a root canal or a wisdom tooth, the X-ray can be taken in the clinic. You do not need to go to a separate imaging centre.

A clear plan and estimate

You leave with an explanation of the options, the likely number of visits and an estimated cost. Prices shown online are estimates only. The final price is confirmed after the consultation, because it depends on what the dentist finds.

Common reasons people from the area visit

  • Teeth cleaning and routine check-ups
  • Tooth pain, sensitivity or a broken filling
  • Wisdom tooth concerns
  • Fillings, crowns and root canal treatment
  • Braces, including braces transfer cases started in another clinic or another country
  • Teeth whitening and veneers consultations

Every dental treatment carries some risk, such as temporary sensitivity, soreness or swelling, and results vary from person to person. Your dentist will explain the risks, benefits and alternatives for your own case before any treatment starts, and you can take time to decide.

Payment, instalments and insurance

You can pay by cash or card. For eligible treatments you can also split payments with Tabby or Tamara, subject to their approval and terms.

Insurance works on a reimbursement basis only. You pay at the clinic and then submit your claim to your insurer. We do not offer direct billing. Ask your insurer before treatment what your plan covers and which documents they need.

Language and community

Our team speaks English and Tagalog. Many of our patients are Filipino professionals working in Dubai, and you can read more on our Filipino dentist in Dubai page. Everyone is welcome at both branches.
