Where Barsha Heights is in relation to Al Barsha
Barsha Heights, still called Tecom by most residents, sits directly north of Al Barsha 1, across Sheikh Zayed Road from Dubai Internet City. Our Barsha Heights dental clinic is on the 9th floor of Al Shafar Tower 1. From Mall of the Emirates the drive is usually 5 to 10 minutes via Al Barsha Road or Hessa Street, and from Al Sufouh and Knowledge Park it is a similar distance in the other direction.
If you prefer the metro, Dubai Internet City Station on the Red Line is one stop from Mall of the Emirates. Leave by Exit 1 and the tower is a short walk away. Drivers can use the free parking inside the building, which is one of the main reasons people from Al Barsha choose us over clinics in busier mall locations.

What happens at your first visit
Reception takes your Emirates ID or passport copy and a short medical history. The dentist then examines your teeth and gums, and takes a digital X-ray in the clinic if something needs a closer look. You get a plain-language explanation of what was found, the options, the risks of each option and a written quote. There is no pressure to start treatment the same day, although simple treatments such as a cleaning or a filling can often be done straight away if you have time.
Insurance is on a reimbursement basis only: you pay at the clinic, and we give you the itemised invoice and reports your insurer needs for the claim. We do not offer direct billing, so check your policy first if you plan to claim.

Yes. The clinic is open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, but a WhatsApp message before you leave home helps you avoid a wait.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see children for check-ups, cleanings and fillings. For complex paediatric cases we may refer you to a children’s dentist.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is on a reimbursement basis only. You pay at the clinic and claim from your insurer with our invoice and reports. We do not offer direct billing.
